Todd, president of Air Repair Pros



Todd is originally from the Midwest state of Illinois but moved to North Texas in 1978 when his dad received a job transfer. Little did he know, he would plant his roots here for good. From an early age, he had a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit – always working for himself and running his own business. In the late 90’s, he saw an opportunity in the North Dallas area to create a HVAC company that had virtues of honesty, dependability and quality that reflected in the work provided to customers and the relationship with its employees. So, in 1999, Air Repair Pros was established and ran out of his home office in The Colony, TX. Now 20 years later, Air Repair Pros has grown into a profitable, successful business. Todd defines this success by the long-term relationships created with many customers and the strong team built that makes it all possible. For fun, Todd loves to be in the great outdoors. Whether it is hanging by the lake or working in his yard, the fresh air is where he finds his sanctity.

Jon, vice president of Air Repair Pros


Vice President

Jon was born in Philadelphia but considers himself a Texan through and through. He got his start in the HVAC world at a very early age, 16 years old to be exact. A family friend gave him the opportunity to come to work and he never second-guessed it being the career path perfect for him. After spending a decade in the industry, he knew he wanted to do something bigger and something that he could make his own. So, with his technical skills and passion for the industry, Jon partnered with Todd on the joint venture that has successfully grown into the company Air Repair Pros is today. On the weekends, Jon likes to take his boat out on the lake or hang out beside his pool for some r&r.

Kevin, warehouse manager


Warehouse Manager

Kevin is originally from South Alabama but has called Texas his home since 1979. He has been a big part of the Air Repair team for over 12 years as our Warehouse Manager. His day to day consists of managing our Install Teams and coordinating all part and equipment installations. While this role can get hustling in the summertime, it is rewarding to Kevin working with a great team and getting people’s homes cooling quickly especially in the Texas heat. After work, Kevin loves to watch a good Auburn University football game and hang with his four-legged friend, Snoop.

Kara, customer experience and operations manager


Customer Experience / Operations Manager

Kara is a born and raised Texan – loves to travel but will always call Texas her home. She graduated from Southern Methodist University and jumped into the sales world directly after. In 2015, the family business was calling her name, so she made a drastic career change and joined the team to run the Customer Experience / Operations department at Air Repair. Her role is fulfilling to her since she has had the privilege to grow the department from the ground up. She loves the responsibility of improving Air Repair’s processes and procedures to better serve our customers. In her spare time, Kara loves to hang out with her family and newest addition, her 4-month-old daughter.

Brian, service technician


Service Technician

Brian is a native to the area, having grown up in Richardson, TX. In his late teens, he was given the opportunity to help a friend install a HVAC system and immediately gained interest in pursuing a career in the industry. He is now going 19 years strong as a highly certified, Senior Technician. What Brian loves about his career is the diversity and ever-changing his day to day brings. After work, you can find Brian at the wakeboard park watching his son compete or watching his daughter at her cheer events.

Paul, service technician


Service Technician

Paul is originally from where the skies are so blue, sweet home Alabama. He hasn’t always been in the HVAC arena – he first played baseball for the NY Mets. After he became injured in 1997, he started looking for other career path which is when he was introduced to air conditioning and heating by a friend. He moved to Texas soon after and focused on training to be a Service Technician. He now has numerous certifications and nearly 20 years under his belt. After work, Paul enjoys playing softball or watching his daughter play volleyball.

Julie, customer experience associate


Customer Experience Associate

Julie is a Pacific Northwestern from the great city of Seattle. She needed less rain in her life so in 2003 she made a big move to Texas - a great compliment to the state since she has been to nearly all, a total of 46. Julie joined the Air Repair Pros team in the Spring of 2018 as a Customer Experience Associate. She has quickly earned customer’s adoration with her fun-loving personality and desire to make their experience with Air Repair Pros exceed expectations. She truly reflects the motto she lives by - “be the kind of person you would like to meet”. For fun, Julie loves a bonfire by the lake, to root for her beloved Seattle Seahawks and volunteering.
