Cade was great. He completed the inspection of our A/C unit in a timely manner (even considering a slight delay due to it being a rainy morning. He did discover a couple of items he thought needed attention but he didn’t try to hard sell me. He clearly explained my options and let me decide.

Crew came on time and thoroughly replace my AC Unit. Acted professional and respected my property as swiping up mess and ask again if all right before leaving.

Sam W from Air Repair Pro came out to check my HVAC system on 5-20-26. He checked both of my systems and found some problems and possibly future problems if not solved soon. He kept me informed and gave me some solutions and options. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and very professional. He check my both thermostat on bottom and 2nd floor and also check my attics where my system are located and found some problem that needed attention and he also showed me what some problem that may cause in the future problems. He check inside and outside unite and kept me informed. After approving of what it would cost to fix the Red flag problem he completed and fix the red flag problem.
