Hunter was great. Very professional and willing to answer any questions. Explained in detail what our issue was, and how it likely occurred with advice how to avoid in the future.

Very pleased with the emergency service we received today. Jace was efficient, friendly, and got us up and running in 90 minutes. He offered us multiple solutions, explained each option thoroughly, and let us decide without any pressure in any direction. We really appreciated that, as well as him informing us about our unit’s age and what to expect with it going forward. We are glad to have found a local company we can rely on!

Edited to add: I changed it from 2 stars to 4 stars because the management team reached out and made it right and because of that we would reconsider using them in the future. I wanted to share our experience. The night of July 3rd our AC stopped working so the morning of the 4th we called Air repair pros to come out. We were so glad they were able to come quickly and not even holiday, but we did not have a good experience. We have two small kids so we could not wait until it was not a holiday/weekend for someone to come out. We knew we’d have to pay $130 just for them to come out, but they tried to oversell us dishonestly. In the first photo you’ll see that he told us “electrical components” needed to be fixed and it would be $1029. My husband and I talked privately and went back out to ask him what exactly needed to be fixed. It was then that he told my husband “ Capacitor, contactor, start circuit(compressor saver).” (I’m putting that in quotes because my husband wrote it in his phone as he was being told these three items.) My husband and I privately talked again, then the worker came in to talk to us. About 15 minutes into the conversation we found out the start circuit was something we didn’t even have to begin with, it was just recommended to extend the life of the other two items. I was growing concerned that first these items were originally quoted as a bundle issue and then to find out one wasn’t even a necessary repair. We asked him if there was any warranty on the work being done and if he could give us an itemized sheet of what was all being done with any details of work warranty on the sheet. What he gave us was the second screenshot. We told him we appreciate him coming out but we’d like to get a second opinion. He then kept saying “I can just change the capacitor.” Which is strange because first it was over $1k of work and now he can just change the capacitor? We ended up of course having to pay for the $130 holiday visit anyway and pay for another company to come out just to find out 1.) it was just the capacitor and 2.) the unit we have doesn’t need a start circuit. After the guy from Air Repair Pros left the company called us to follow up and told us they could come back and just change the capacitor. Which again reiterated to us that they were dishonest in the first place. I’m frustrated we had to pay $130 for dishonest overselling. I’m not even sure if I’ve even written a bad Google review before because I only like to write positive reviews, but I want to warn others that this might happen.

The issue is not with tech, he was good. The issue is why so soon after biannual PM service, the condensate lines get little plugged, which slows down drainage and shuts-off the unit. We hv had biannual PM service for 25+ yrs with two other companies and while neither one was as good as this company, we never had the water drainage line plug issue and so soon after PM service. The lines should be blown out with pressurized air and not just flushed with water if thats what is done. Thank you.

They sent a technician, Cole, out to our house and he was very professional and helpful. Apparently the prior repair company we had used didn’t properly place the door back on the unit causing it to malfunction. Cole was able to fix it in a matter of minutes and didn’t try to upsell us for anything else. We’re probably going to have to replace our 17 year old unit next year, but we appreciated them being honest and fixing the problem at hand. We will definitely utilize them again and moving forward! I'm updating my review to add that I recently used their new plumbing division. Jacob came out and was able to clear the pipe that was causing the HVAC to turn off. He was nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing as well!

Evan is very knowledgeable. I have been extremely pleased with his knowledge, respect, and skill in taking care of our HVAC needs.

Brad was our tech today and was really great. My elderly father has Parkinson’s and memory issues and Brad was really kind and explained things well (and multiple times as needed) and was very helpful. When we couldn’t do the recommended plan to replace the entire unit, he met us on the level we could afford and helped us get back up and running for now. I just called them randomly because I’ve been caring for my dad while my mom was in the hospital, and the AC went out last night. Brad got here very quickly, and like I said- the kindness and understanding was very appreciated.

Wilbur and Miguel came over and effectively and efficiently installed a new AC unit for me and restored environmental control to our household in less than 5 hours! Awesome job!
