Kes is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I just had to point out to all my plumbing problems from my leacking toilet, clogged sink and shower drainages and a toilet that was not flushing all the way leading to stacked up toilet paper causing clogging. The price was great and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing issues solved. The issues looked like a piece of cake for him and he did not even take long to fix everything. I found my plumbing guy! Thank you Kes!! You are amazing!

Update —8/18/2026 It’s a Texas August in true form. Our upstairs unit powered off due to a drain blockage. Cade was first on the scene. Assessed that I would need some plumbing in my bathroom to help fix the HVAC issues. Guess what? Air Repair now has plumbing services! Enter Steven the plumber. All in all, it was a lot of work, but I always feel taken care of and educated about what they are doing and why. I’m always given options as well as solutions for the future. No hard sales tactics. Both of these guys were 5 ⭐️ New post—10/3/2025 Air Repair is consistent and reliable. Every time. I’ve used them for over 10 years and I always feel respected and taken care of. Most recently, Danny J, has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m set up and in the best position to not have future issues. He’s been fantastic. Update—2/28/2024 I’m a member of the service maintenance club and was due for my bi-annual check up. I appreciate this service a lot because it keeps my systems in the best health and identifies concerns before they are emergencies. And I get a discount on services! Sal was my technician today and did a thorough job of checking out my AC. It’s 10 years old so want to make sure we are in the best shape. He looked at everything inside and outside of the house. I appreciate all the pictures he took so I can validate what may need attention. Ultimately I did need some proactive work done but did not feel pressured or guilted into doing it. Sal was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. 5 stars! ……………. Jason went above and beyond today! He worked diligently to make sure I am set up for the future and won’t have a recurring issue anymore. Thank you so much for the time, effort and education in HVAC. ****UPDATE for July 13, 2020. Woke up at 2am to 80+ degrees inside the house. Used the online chat feature on their website and was able to get a work order set up, so I would be one of the first calls when they opened at 6am. They are also available 24/7 if its an emergency. I received a call around 7am and scheduled for a 12-2 window. Paul was my specialist. He arrived within the first 45 minutes of my window. Very pleasant, helpful and QUICK. He identified the problem, saw that it was under warranty and saved me $$. Love this company and their team!

8/18/26 Our unit stopped working at midnight. At 2 o’clock, I called ARP and left a message. An appointment time was confirmed between 8a-noon. We received a confirmation of the appointment . Brandon was dispatched, and arrived within 2 hours. He assisted the situation quickly, and repaired it within 10 minutes. ARP keeps their continual five⭐️ rating from us! 12/29/23–Brandon & Colton came back to install the HALO-LED today. They are a great team! We are consistently satisfied with the quality & efficiency of Air Repair Pros. We think their pricing is very reasonable. Some people want to get something for nothing, and complain if they have to spend money. These types of people irritate me. Our house is 20 years old . Things break down. Thankfully there are honest companies like Air Repair Pros who can help extend the quality & life of our house. The service people are never pushy or intrusive. Brandon & Colton were very professional, polite, & informative. They work very efficiently as a team. They explained what they did during the service call & suggested a couple of items that would enhance our system’s efficiency & safety. They took pictures of the problem areas. We agreed with their suggestions, and will be calling them back to install/ repair those areas very soon. We remain 100% satisfied with Air Repair Pros. July 2024- The maintenance people are so kind, courteous, thorough, and highly skilled. We wouldn’t use any other company for our HVAC needs.

Although I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did for the fried panel it was a lot cheaper than the competition. The Air Repair Pros did a great job replacing our AC unit. They were professional, pleasant, and well-prepared. They replaced our AC unit in half the time we expected and ensured everything was working well. Before they left, they cleaned up the site and removed our old unit and all other debris. Called these guys at 5:30 on a Thursday evening in August with the house sitting at 86 degrees and the thermostat set to 72. Brandon was at my door by 6:07. That alone would have earned five stars in Texas heat, but the rest of it was just as good. Brandon found a failed capacitor on the outdoor unit, walked me through what he was seeing and why, and answered every question I threw at him without ever making me feel like I was slowing him down. He replaced the part, cleaned the condenser coils, checked the rest of the system, and left me with a full report including readings and photos. House was cooling before dinner was over. The communication was great too. Texts confirming the appointment, a text when he was on his way with a photo of the tech so I knew who was pulling up, and the invoice and documentation by email right after. No diagnostic fee, no after hours charge, and I could pay with Apple Pay. If you're in Frisco and your AC quits on you, call them.

The technician was relaxed, courteous and professional.
