After a very ad response from another company I called Air Repair pros (ARP). I received a same day appointment and Brandon showed up early. Within 20 minutes identified the problem. He then worked with my home repair warranty company. I sat and listed to him ohave a very calm and professional interchange and receive the approval for the repair. It could not have gone smoother. I have owned home air conditioners for 50 years and have not had the pleasant and professional service Brandon provided.

The installation of my replacement AC unit went well. The team was professional and did a good job cleaning up when they were done.

Hunter was promoted and thorough in diagnosing the problem and provided quotes for corrective action. After providing approval to proceed, he completed the work in a timely manner. Hunter kept me informed of status and did provide several additional recommendations. 5 stars to Hunter!!!!

Drew E arrived on time and upgraded our system with surge protectors... so the next time Oncor has a power problem it shouldn't affect our system.

Great service! Our AC went out on a super hot Texas weekend and Robert C. from Air Repair Pros arrives on time and 30 minutes later cool air is flowing again. He carefully examined the system and thoroughly explained the repair (capacitor). It’s never good when problems occur, but I’m happy with the quick response and exceptional customer service.

Edited to add - just had Drew out for a failed capacitor, less than 18 hours after I noticed no cold air. Still five stars! After a less than stellar experience with a competitor I called Air Repair Pros and they had Felix to my house with 30 minutes and he had diagnosed the problem(s) in less than 15 minutes. Unlike other technicians he explained to me the why, how, and next steps very clearly. It inspired confidence not just in his ability, but the quality of work I can expect from the company. Marcus G and Levi were sent out on an emergency call to one of my locations. It was 106 outside and 110 inside our office. It turned out our AC had failed and the parts were back ordered. So I opted to change out the system with a newer one to make our employees more comfortable. These guys went above and beyond to make it happen for us with 48 hrs. In my role, I have dealt with a lot of companies. Air repair pros has always been at the top of my vendor partnership list and its because they are quick to respond, communicate clearly and are just as eager to get the problem resolved as I am. Hands down the best team I have worked with in a very long time.

The crew of five arrived on time and worked from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM, and their professionalism never wavered. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care of our home, communicated clearly throughout the installation, and worked efficiently as a team. It was obvious they took pride in doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. By the time they finished, everything was clean, organized, and working perfectly. It’s refreshing to see a company with technicians who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work.
