The initial response was fantastic. Arturo came out after 11pm on July 4. He was courteous energetic like we were his first appointment and we were his last. Our installment of the entire hvac system was pleasant. We did have an issue after the team left. The unit would not run. I called immediately and they sent Mikey. He knew his stuff and figured out the issue. The installment team it appeared did not wire the lines correctly. Plus, they did not give us any assistance with the app. However, Mikey to the rescue. He and his young assistant stayed, made sure the problem was solved and walked us thru and made sure we were connected to the app. We truly appreciated their courtesy and kindness.

Salvador and a helper got in and installed, in timely manner.

Billy Hiser was the very best person I/we could ask for. I explained to him right up front the situation of no cooling has happened and we have lived 4-5 weeks with thermostat readings 24 hours a day of 86-92 degrees in our lower part of our house. He came explained everything as he inspected upstairs AC Unit , he took pictures, explained areas that need maintenance repairs, and I appreciated him letting me be with him simply to learn how and why something works or is not working. Our being full Senior Citizens (I’m 76.6 years old and take care of my wife who has Dementia (severe brain disease and she has had 5 major Spinal Surgeries) and he and I related super great learning we are both very committed Christians! I explained to Billy we live off 5 years now only Social Security! I received June and July Air Repair Pros Service Request for AC System Tune-Up & Safety Inspection Mail Card for $49.00 and he fully understood. I explained to him as he brought up we need 2 new up to date AC units Condenser outside and repairs in attic unit. Also, he looked at our outdoor wall hot water unit and we have not had any hot water for 1 1/2 years (18 months). We boil water and shower with plastic tubs. I was so impressed with Billy understanding as a Christian life is challenging but prayers do work! I will get from Billy $quotes for AC units and Hot Water Wall Outside Unit so we can start saving for that in the future! This was one of the best AC companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve gotten multiple quotes and diagnostics from other places and they always pushed the most expensive options without giving me any other options. Brandon came out to take a look at my unit, he explained to me everything that was going on and even showed me internal pictures and readings of my existing unit. I did need a replacement and their prices and financing options worked for me and my family’s budget. They were able to book me right away with Jay and his install team tackled this install in very good time — it was unbelievable how fast these guys worked. Came in a Sunday evening during 4th of July weekend. Omar was very competent, polite and efficient. Cleared the clogged drainage system that was needed some expertise. Five stars for these guys.

I can’t say enough positive about our experience today with Marcus. He was so polite and professional and did an excellent job inspecting our HVAC. I had another company install my entire system and they do so many things grossly wrong and Marcus was able to helps us to pinpoint all the issues that we have been dealing with for 5 years that the other company wouldn’t fix. He was able to get us up and running for under $500 which was a blessing. Super happy to have had Marcus come help us out today, he made it so much easier.

Our AC went out unexpectedly in the middle of the Texas heat wave, so I started calling around on a Sunday afternoon to find anyone who could come out. I contacted several companies, but this was the only one where a real person answered the phone—and within two hours, our technician, Rudy, was at our house diagnosing the problem. The issue turned out to be a failed fan motor. At first, we were told it might take a couple of days for the replacement part to arrive. Instead of accepting that, Rudy started calling suppliers all over the Metroplex. He tracked down the motor and even convinced one of the delivery drivers to bring it directly to our house on a Sunday so we wouldn’t have to spend days without air conditioning. The pricing was incredibly fair, and the level of customer service was outstanding. We were so impressed that we signed up for their annual maintenance membership before they left. If you’re calling around trying to decide who to use, save yourself the time and just call these guys. They earned our business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fixed my AC!

If you have my kind of luck, this is the company for you. When my a/c goes out, it’s usually on a Saturday. This time it was Saturday and the 4th of July. Called and talked to Marcy to dispatch a technician. In less than 2 hours, Drew E. was standing at my door. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. On top of that, he and Marcy were friendly, courteous and professional. I think that speaks well for the whole company—Air Repair Pros thinks enough of its customers to hire the best people. So thank you, Marcy and Drew, especially for working on a holiday to make sure that others can enjoy their holiday.

Courteous and fast service over the 4th of July holiday weekend from Air Repair. Miguel & Wilber took good care of us and got our new AC unit installed and working quickly after our old unit died.

Cafe M did amazing we had 2 diff techs come out and tell us diff and he got the job done in less than 10 mins and we had cool air flowing thru vents thanks so much… we’ll be contacting them again if anything goes wrong in the future
