Fixed my AC!

If you have my kind of luck, this is the company for you. When my a/c goes out, it’s usually on a Saturday. This time it was Saturday and the 4th of July. Called and talked to Marcy to dispatch a technician. In less than 2 hours, Drew E. was standing at my door. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. On top of that, he and Marcy were friendly, courteous and professional. I think that speaks well for the whole company—Air Repair Pros thinks enough of its customers to hire the best people. So thank you, Marcy and Drew, especially for working on a holiday to make sure that others can enjoy their holiday.

Courteous and fast service over the 4th of July holiday weekend from Air Repair. Miguel & Wilber took good care of us and got our new AC unit installed and working quickly after our old unit died.

However, the professionalism is top notch and puts all positive Check marks in the box especially for referring this company to others in need of their services I’m extremely pleased and satisfied with the work/repairs.

Stephen always does an amazing jobs (and our dogs love him). James took care of the whole home inspection and had everything set for Stephen to do the much-needed hot water heater replacement the next day. Scheduling is always super easy and while repairs can be pricey, being a member comes with a great discount and annual inspections of both plumbing for leaks and the HV/AC.

I've had good luck with Air Repair Pros. They've helped us out twice now. Both times Danny J came out to assess the problem and help us understand the available options. The first visit resulted in smaller repairs done by Danny himself to extend the life of the equipment. This time we needed a replacement. Danny got us on the schedule quickly. Miguel and Wilbur took care of removal and installation the next day. These gentlemen did an excellent job. They were able to do the work in an incredibly hot environment without creating a mess or any damage to our home. They were nice guys who kept me updated on progress and spent a few extra minutes to answer my questions. We plan to continue with Air Repair Pros in the future. We'll ask for Danny every time we need help and if ever there is another installation to be done, we'll ask for Miguel and Wilbur.
